

Junior Murvin
Junior Murvin began his recording career in Jamaica in 1966.
He achieved international fame with his 1976 song, Police and Thieves, produced by the legendary Lee ‘Scratch' Perry - a song subsequently covered by such diverse artists as The Clash and Boy George.
Junior Murvin has remained a household name in reggae for over 30 years, releasing numerous hits in his unmistakeable falsetto style, including Miss Kushie, Cool Out Son and Muggers In The Street.
He has also released a number of 7 inch vinyl records on his own ‘Murvin’ label, including a recut of Police And Thieves, and other tracks such as Go For It, Girl Come Back and Puss And Dog.
Leopard was recorded in 1998 by Dubwise Productions at Native Studios in Port Antonio, Jamaica.
