Hope Vale Crew

Between March and May 2009, Champion Sound was booked by AFL Cape York to engage with the young people of Hopevale as part of a series of weekend activities.

Our workshop, games and event program resulted in the kids recording the track ”Hopevale”, which celebrates life in this beautiful community in tropical far North Queensland. and their hopes for the future.

There are 2 versions of the song presented. The original track was recorded on a hip hop beat and mixed by Brisbane producer Skinz. The second is a rocking reggae mix by Dubwise Productions’ Chris Jay. Let us know which one is your favourite!
