John Lumley - Events Co-ordinator, Promoter
Like Chris, John holds multiple roles in Champion Sound, including promoter,
event co-ordinator and graphic designer. Co-founder of Champion Sound, John has helped develop and run numerous different events, workshops and programs since their launch in 2007.
Lao Mirador - DJ, Artist, Radio Broadcaster (4zZz)
Mirador has worked in the music industry since 1978. He has toured the UK and Europe with hip hop outfit D & V and worked in the US and Asia as a Dubset DJ. Mirador runs his own radio show on 4zZz fm and is a crucial member of the Champion Sound crew.
Paul Spearim - Cultural Advisor, MC, Workshop facilitator
Paul has been involved in the hip hop scene since 2002 with his group I.O.U. From 2005 to 2008 Paul was heavily involved in Stylin’ Up, organising and MCing at the Dance stage. Paul runs Cultural Games and other workshops with Champion Sound and is a founding member of Murri Vibrations.
